“ Absolutely amazing!!! We had swordfish, the pork shank, branzino, and the heirloom pasta special. Everything was incredible and Eileen our waitress was amazing. She was able to describe all of the dishes in astonishing detail before we ordered and it was helpful in making the decisions. 100% recommend!!!! We were a little behind taking photos but I’ve included two. ”
“ I've gone here a couple of times for a business team dinner and love it every time! The menu is small but all dishes are thoughtful and tasty. The strawberry salad is refreshing and octopus was crispy . They have a good drink selection and creative mocktails The restaurant itself has a beautiful interior design that mixes retro and modern styles. ”
“ The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because my food was barely warm almost cold. Other than that food was good our server was very knowledgeable. My favorite thing I tried off the winter menu was the butternut squash with brown butter sage and shaved truffle. ”
“ The Quoin is a wonderful place to dine in downtown Wilmington. I have been a few times for dinner and this is the second year in a row that we have booked The Quoin for our holiday dinner and both years were spectacular. We usually have a party of about 20 people. The food is excellent and the service is top notch. Highly recommend. ”
“ Took my boyfriend here for a belated birthday dinner/to look into booking my office Holiday Party here... Our server, Brandon, gave my guy the greatest experience and recommended the BEST wine for me. Seriously, he listened to what I like out of a red and then NAILED IT! 3 We will be back! ”
“ This resturant is incredible. The atmosphere is great with the open kitchen. It was fun watching the chef fillet the bronzino. The cocktails are true craft cocktails. They make their own house syrups and fresh squeeze juice every day. The food.....incredible. everything had so much flavor. We ordered the pork shank that fell right off the bone, and the wyagu steak that was cooked perfectly and had a great buttery texture/flavor. We had the butternut squash, great flavor. Like little candy bites. The server was very knowledgeable about all the gluten free options as someone in our party had a strict diet. Onky 4 stars for service because they forgot the scallops that we ordered. But still impressed overall with this resturant! Will definitely go back. ”
“ I’m surprised it’s taken me this long to get to this restaurant in downtown Wilmington. The Quoin is located in the Quoin hotel on market street in downtown Wilmington. If you are in Wilmington, make an effort to dine at this restaurant. Staff- the servers were all attentive and courteous! They are helpful and friendly. Food- all of our dishes were excellent! The Maitake mushroom side dish was so flavorful, highly recommend it! The steak was prepared perfectly! Drinks- they do have a great selection of wine, beer and cocktails. The cocktails were done so well and professional! The specialty cocktails were unique and not the typical cocktails you see at every restaurant. ”
